Terms of Use

Last updated: 21 July 2026

These terms apply to your use of the cogitomutual.com website. Applications we publish and engagements with our clients are governed by their own separate agreements.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using cogitomutual.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. Who we are

This site is operated by Cogito Mutual Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202328729M), a company incorporated in Singapore in 2023. Our registered office address in Singapore is available on request by writing to [email protected], and is on public record with ACRA. References to "we", "us" and "our" in these terms mean Cogito Mutual Pte. Ltd.

3. Permitted use of the site

You may view, browse and print pages of this site for your own information and for legitimate business purposes.

You agree not to:

4. Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, page design, graphics, images and source code, is owned by Cogito Mutual Pte. Ltd. or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. The Cogito Mutual name, logo and marks are ours, and nothing on this site grants a licence to use them.

Third-party names, logos and marks that appear on the site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

5. Informational content and no advice

This site is informational. It describes what we do and how to reach us.

Nothing on it constitutes professional advice, whether technical, security, legal, financial or otherwise, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances. Nothing on this site forms an offer capable of acceptance, and no binding engagement with us arises from the site alone. An engagement with us begins only when it is set out in a signed written agreement.

We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error free, or uninterrupted, and we may change or remove content at any time without notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising from your use of or inability to use this site or from reliance on its content.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

7. Third-party links

The site may link to websites operated by others. We provide those links for convenience. We do not control those sites, we do not endorse their content, and we are not responsible for them or for any loss arising from your use of them. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.

8. Applications and separate agreements

These terms cover this website only.

Use of any application published by Cogito Mutual Pte. Ltd. is governed by that application's own terms, and, where the application is distributed through the App Store, by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Handling of personal data across this site and our applications is described in our privacy policy.

Work carried out for clients is governed by the written agreement covering that engagement, which takes precedence over these terms for that work.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top. Continued use of the site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of this site are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected]. You can also use our contact page or see support for help with an application.
